Suggestions on where to place crib?

I have a 9 1/2 month old now and we are due with another baby in November. We only have a 2 bedroom house, so we are wondering if we should put the crib the our first baby's room or if we should place it somewhere else so she doesnt wake up (she sleeps from 8:00pm-7:00am currently). Should we go ahead and introduce her to her baby brother/sister as soon as he/she comes home or should we wait until the new baby is sleeping through the night to do that? Anyone have a similar experience? Thanks!
