How do i kick my 30 year old brother out of my house?

I'am 26, my brother 30. I decided to let him move in rent free about 2 years ago but wow this guy is such a free loaded, to the point where i feel like schmuck. He eeats all my food, showers 3 times a day and wears my clothes. Being that he is older and family i dont really know what to do. I have already tried talking to him about it, he tell's me the same thing everytime " oh ok bro, iam sorry ill start doing it". He will do it for about a week and then it seems as if he either forgot or just decided to stop trying to keep me cool. I tried asking for rent this month and was told by him that he has zero dollars in the bank yet he is still playing world of warcraft for about 17 hours a day. What do i do people? help.
