Can my high school drug test me?

Your were suspended for Motrin? Wow I have never heard of that. And 180 days, your school must be extremely strict. But I would say no they cannot. Many people get caught and they cannot drug test you. They may threaten you but legally speaking they cannot, unless maybe you give consent. They'll just try to scare you but don't let that happen.
